User Service Agreement

This User Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is a legally binding contractual document established between individual users and the Jexlyn application operator. It governs all behaviors of downloading, installing, accessing and using the Jexlyn photo collage tool. Prior to using the application’s template photo collage services, all users must fully read, understand and accept all terms of this Agreement. Your continued use of the application constitutes unconditional recognition and acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree to any content of this Agreement, you must immediately stop using all application functions and related services.

1. Eligibility Requirements & Age Restrictions

Jexlyn and all its built-in photo template collage functions are specially designed and provided only for adult users aged 18 and above. Minors under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from accessing, registering or using any functions of this application.

You confirm that you have reached the legal adult age and possess complete civil capacity to assume legal responsibilities for your use behavior. We reserve the right to verify user age qualifications at any time. Once unauthorized minor usage is confirmed, we have the right to restrict, suspend or permanently block your application access rights and erase relevant operation records without prior notice.

2. Product Service Introduction & Usage Scope

Jexlyn is a lightweight and practical photo collage tool focusing on template-based picture splicing creation. The core service provides users with diverse built-in collage templates. Users can upload personal local photos, match different style templates freely, and complete one-click intelligent photo collage production, helping users quickly combine multiple photos into integrated and aesthetic picture works.

All service functions of this application are limited to users’ personal non-commercial creation and daily entertainment use. We independently own the right of product iteration and service optimization, including updating collage template styles, optimizing picture splicing algorithms, adjusting user operation logic and upgrading overall application performance. All routine technical optimizations and function updates will take effect automatically after release without separate user notification.

3. Service Authorization & Prohibited Behaviors

We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable and non-commercial exclusive usage right. You may use all template matching and photo collage functions of Jexlyn on your personal mobile devices for private creative production only.

When using this application, you shall abide by national laws, regulations and social public order and good customs. The following behaviors are strictly forbidden:

• Using the application’s template collage functions for commercial processing, paid customization, commercial publicity, profit-making sales and other commercial operation behaviors without our official written authorization;

• Uploading pornographic, violent, illegal, discriminatory, infringing, false and misleading photos for collage production;

• Disassembling, reverse engineering, cracking, tampering with or plagiarizing the application’s program code, template design resources and photo splicing technical logic;

• Maliciously using technical means to interfere with the application’s normal operation, destroy template resources or cause abnormal collapse of collage functions;

• Using the collage works generated by this application to produce, disseminate or store any illegal and bad content that violates public morality and legal provisions.

4. User Work Rights & Legal Responsibilities

All local photos uploaded by users and all collage works generated through the application’s template splicing functions belong to user independent creative content. The full ownership and intellectual property rights of all user works are exclusively held by you.

You shall independently bear all legal responsibilities for the authenticity, legality and compliance of uploaded photos and final collage works. You guarantee that all uploaded picture materials are legally obtained and will not infringe the copyright, portrait right, privacy right and other legitimate rights and interests of any third party. All legal disputes, economic losses and liability risks caused by non-compliant user content shall be borne solely by the user.

All photo uploading and template collage processing procedures are completed locally on the user’s mobile device. We will not actively collect, store, back up or synchronize your private photo resources and creative collage works without your explicit voluntary authorization.

5. Data Security & User Privacy Protection

This application adopts a full local processing and storage mode, with no built-in cloud data synchronization function. It does not integrate any third-party advertising SDK, data tracking tools or user behavior monitoring modules, ensuring a pure and safe usage environment.

All user uploaded photos and finished collage works are only stored in the user’s local device space. We will never collect, transmit, share or disclose users’ private creative data and personal picture resources to any third-party institutions or individuals. All data processing behaviors fully comply with Apple App Store review rules and global privacy protection compliance standards.

6. Platform Intellectual Property Protection

All intellectual property rights of Jexlyn, including but not limited to application program code, exclusive collage template resources, picture splicing algorithms, interface design and visual layout, are legally owned by our operating team.

Any unauthorized copying, downloading, reprinting, secondary modification, commercial leasing and selling of the application’s templates and core technologies are prohibited. We reserve the right to pursue legal liabilities and claim economic compensation for all intellectual property infringement behaviors in accordance with the law.

7. Service Operation Rules & Function Adjustment

We guarantee the normal operation of core collage functions for users’ daily use. We reserve the right to temporarily suspend service functions for system maintenance, technical upgrade, template resource update and platform security optimization.

If users violate the provisions of this Agreement and cause adverse effects to the platform or third parties, we have the right to restrict or terminate the user’s service qualification permanently without prior notice.

8. Risk Disclaimer & Liability Exclusion

All functions of Jexlyn are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not provide any explicit or implicit warranty for the absolute stability, zero error and 100% effect satisfaction of template matching and photo collage processing.

We shall not be liable for data loss, collage failure, function abnormality and usage obstacles caused by device system incompatibility, system failure, network exceptions, human misoperation and force majeure factors beyond our effective control. Within the scope permitted by applicable laws, we shall not bear any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of this application.

9. Agreement Update & Effective Rules

To adapt to product function upgrades and national legal policy adjustments, we reserve the right to revise and update this Agreement irregularly. The updated Agreement will be published inside the application with a clear update date. Your continuous use of the application after the update is deemed as automatic acceptance of the revised agreement terms.

10. Legal Application & Dispute Handling

The signing, execution and revision of this Agreement are governed by valid applicable laws. In case of any dispute arising from the use of this application, both parties shall resolve it through friendly negotiation. If the negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent judicial authority for settlement.

12. Supplementary Provisions

If any clause of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable due to legal reasons, the validity of the remaining clauses will not be affected. No delay or omission in exercising any right under this Agreement shall constitute a waiver of that right.

By downloading, installing and using Jexlyn, you confirm that you are over 18 years old, and you have fully read, understood and voluntarily agreed to all terms of this User Service Agreement.
