Users can upload personal photos and match exclusive built-in templates to complete creative photo collage production, meeting daily image combination and picture arrangement needs. Your download, installation and continuous use of this application constitute your voluntary recognition and full acceptance of all terms in this policy.

2. Age Access Control Rules

Jexlyn sets strict adult access restrictions for all core collage functions. All service scenarios including photo uploading, template matching and picture collage generation are only open to adult users aged 18 and above. We do not provide any service privileges to minors, and we will not actively collect, store, process or retain any personal information, photos and usage data generated by minor users. Any unauthorized use of the app by minors will automatically terminate the service qualification.

3. Types of Data Processed

User Independent Content: All local photos uploaded by users for collage creation are independently operated and controlled by users. These images are only used for real-time template matching and local photo collage synthesis within the app, exclusively for users’ personal creative production and offline viewing.

Non-Identifiable Operational Data: To maintain stable app operation, optimize template loading speed and improve collage synthesis fluency, we may collect anonymous device information and system running logs. This type of data cannot identify any specific user identity and will never be associated with users’ private photo content.

4. Standard of Data Utilization

All user data processed by the application is limited to the realization and optimization of core photo collage functions. The legal usage scope includes supporting user local photo uploading, invoking built-in collage templates to complete picture splicing, optimizing app operational stability, upgrading user interactive experience, and responding to user service consultations and feedback via the official support email. We strictly prohibit any improper use of user data, and will never apply user content and operational data to commercial promotion, targeted advertising, data transaction and other non-service behaviors.

5. Local Data Storage & User Full Control

All core operations of Jexlyn, including photo uploading, template matching and photo collage rendering, are all completed locally on users’ mobile devices. The app does not have automatic cloud synchronization, remote server uploading or background data backup functions. All original photos and newly generated collage works are permanently stored only in the user’s local device space.

Users enjoy complete ownership, control and management rights over all personal collage content. You are entitled to preview, save, edit and delete local collage works and original photos at any time, and you can clear app cache data independently to manage personal content. Stopping the use of the app will terminate all local data processing behaviors of the platform.

6. Third-Party Privacy Non-Disclosure Commitment

Jexlyn adheres to a strict zero-disclosure privacy principle. The application does not access any third-party service interfaces, nor does it embed third-party advertising SDKs, data tracking tools, statistical plug-ins or other data collection components. We will never sell, rent, share or disclose users’ uploaded photos, collage works and private usage records to any third-party individuals, enterprises or institutions in any form, fully isolating external privacy leakage risks.

7. Data Safety Protection Specifications

We adopt industry-standard technical protection measures to build a secure local data environment for users. During the whole process of photo uploading and template collage production, we will not extract, identify or obtain users’ sensitive personal information, biometric data and other private details from uploaded photos. All data processing procedures are transparent, standardized and compliant, without hidden collection, unauthorized access or illegal use of user data.

8. Policy Iteration & Update Mechanism

We reserve the right to update and revise this Privacy Policy irregularly based on product function iteration, service experience upgrade and legal compliance requirement changes. The latest effective update date will be displayed at the top of the policy page. Users’ continued use of the app after policy updates takes effect will be regarded as unconditional acceptance of the revised terms.
